  2. Sunandas is a creative artist collective, not a registered business corporation or commercial entity. We are a community of independent artists and crafters who provide handmade, personalized items as per individual customer requests.
  3. Important Notes:
    • We do not hold a GST number or trade license at this time, and we operate as a small-scale personal creative initiative, not a legally registered company.
    • All payments made to us are considered voluntary service-based support for the time, creativity, and manual labor of individual artists.
    • Invoices are not legally binding tax documents, but serve only as a communication tool for tracking payments and product details.
    • By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you are engaging the services of freelance creators, and not entering into a commercial contract with a company.
    • We do not take bulk/commercial orders or mass manufacturing requests.

    5. 1. Use of Website

    • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this website.
    • You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
    • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website without prior notice.

    6. 2. Products & Services

    • All our products are handmade, so slight variations in design and color may occur.
    • Custom orders require full payment before processing.

    7. 3. Pricing & Payment

    • Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
    • We accept online payments via secure payment gateways.

    8. 4. Order Cancellation & Modifications

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this, cancellations may not be possible.
    • For custom or personalized products, modifications are allowed only before the production process begins.

    9. 5. Intellectual Property

    • All content, images, and designs on this website are the property of Sunandas and cannot be used without permission.

    10. 6. Limitation of Liability

    • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

    11. 7. Delivery Timeframe

    • All customized orders may take 15 to 45 days to be delivered.

    • The timeframe depends on factors such as:

      • The number of preserved items (cords, footprints, scans, etc.)
      • The size and material of the product (resin, wood, etc.)
      • Custom text/sticker/font requests
      • Drying, curing, and finishing time (especially for resin-based products)
