What are the conditions for your buyer to receive an exchange or refund?
1. We accept returns in its original packaging within 3 days if the product is damaged or defective on delivery. 2. You need to inform us of any damage or defects within 12 hrs of delivery and send us a product opening uncut video through whatsapp @9380696932. 3. Place your returns in its original packaging and ensure all items are intact. 4. Pack it well and secure it with tape before handing it over to the courier partner 5. Share the courier tracking details after handing over the product you wish to return. NOTE: Return, replacement or refund is only applicable in case the received product is in damaged condition.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We accept payment through NEFT, UPI, Paytm, Wallet.
How much time does it take for the refund?
Refund will be processed within 7 working days after the package is received.
How many days will it take for me to receive the order?
The package will be despatched within 6-7 working days after receipt of order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do.
Do you provide tracking ID for shipping?
An SMS and E-mail will be sent to your registered phone no and email id by our courier partner with the tracking id.
